Moving from Salesforce
Our data model mirrors Salesforce object-for-object, so accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities come across without remodelling.
Why most migrations hurt
The painful part of leaving a CRM is rarely the export. It is that the destination models the world differently — one object where you had two, a picklist where you had a lookup — so someone has to decide, field by field, what the old data now means. That work is slow, it is judgement-heavy, and it is where history gets lost.
Our data model mirrors Salesforce object-for-object, so accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities come across without remodelling.
That is deliberate. Companies leaving Salesforce expect accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks and events to exist as themselves, and keeping the same shape means the mapping step is mostly not a step.
What comes across
Import from Salesforce or a spreadsheet
- Accounts, contacts and leads
- Opportunities, with their stage history
- Tasks, events and email activity
- Quotes, contracts and their line items
- Users, so record ownership survives the move
Imports upsert on the source record ID, so re-running one corrects rather than duplicates. That matters more than it sounds: it means you can bring a first pass across, look at it, fix the source, and run it again.

How long this takes depends on how much history you carry and how clean it is. A large activity history is the slow part, and it is worth deciding before you start how far back you actually need. We are not going to put a number on your migration on a marketing page.
Guided onboarding, migration concierge, and an extra sending domain are one-time services.
You can also start on the free plan with a subset, confirm the shape is right, and bring the rest across afterwards.

The quote-to-contract page covers how that path works, and selling across Singapore and Malaysia covers price books and billing entities.
